Step by step instructions:

Wash your strawberries. Peel the banana, avocado and watermelon and cut them into chunks. I like to use frozen blueberries so the smoothies is cold and refreshing without adding any ice cubes. Place all fruits into a blender. Add Maca powder. When you use frozen fruits, like blueberries, mango or pineapple, place them in the blender last (on top). This will prevent blades from getting damaged.

Place the lid securely on the blender and mix ingredients until smooth and creamy. This should not take more than 2 minutes (depending on the power of your blender).

Pour into the glass and drink when is fresh and cold. Enjoy!
