The Lose Belly Fat Smoothie is a powerhouse blend of nutrient-rich ingredients designed to speed up fat loss, especially around the midsection.   • 2 medium carrots, roughly chopped
  • 1 banana

  • 1 tablespoon organic raw honey

Instructions

First, peel and grate 1 inch of the ginger on fine grater.

Peel the carrots and chop them roughly.

Sometimes, I use frozen pineapple to make the drink cold without adding ice (especially in the summer).

In your blender mix all the ingredients until smooth.

Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. Add a little more orange juice if needed for consistency.
