Jamaican Coffee Cocktail

A Jamaican Coffee cocktail is a variation of the traditional Irish coffee that combines coffee with Jamaican rum, coffee and whipped cream. To make a Jamaican Coffee cocktail you will need the following ingredients:

  • 2 oz Appleton Estate dark rum
  • 2 oz Kahlúa coffee liqueur
  • 4 oz hot brewed coffee
  • 2 tablespoons whipped cream

Directions:

  1. In a tall, heavy glass, add the rum and coffee liqueur
  2. Pour in the hot coffee, all the way to the top. Don’t stir
  3. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!

Alternatively, you can add spices like cinnamon or nutmeg to complement the flavours of the rum and coffee.
