Fat Burner Smoothie

My wife and I make this fat burner smoothie mostly during tomato season, when we visit local farmer’s market and get fresh and juicy tomatoes straight from the farm. We are lucky that the farmer’s market is located 10 minutes drive from our home. Additionally we believe in supporting local businesses and hard working farmers.

This refreshing smoothie is packed with essential vitamins, antioxidants and fiber that supports your immune system, boosts heart health and promotes healthy digestion. Try it and you will love it.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 cups 100% orange juice

Instructions

First wash your tomatoes and peel carrot, avocado and bananas. Chop into smaller pieces in place in the blender. Add orange juice.

Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You can add more orange juice if needed to reach your desired consistency.
