Ingredients for energy booster smoothie

Step by step instructions:

Step 1

energy booster in a jar

First wash your strawberries, blueberries and grapes. Cut the pineapple into chunks. I like to use frozen pineapple so the smoothie is cold and refreshing without adding any ice cubes. Place all fruits into the blender. Add protein powder and pomegranate juice.

To prevent blades from getting damaged, place the frozen fruits in the blender last (on top).

Step 2

Place the lid on the blender securely and blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. Depending on the power of your blender, this should not take longer than 1 minute.

  1. Pineapple is a fantastic source of Vitamin C, which supports the immune system, helps the body absorb iron and promotes healthy skin. Pineapples contain an enzyme called bromelain, which may help improve blood circulation. Enhanced blood flow can help with erectile function and overall sexual arousal.
  2. Strawberries are loaded with antioxidants like Vitamin C and anthocyanins, which help protect cells from damage caused by free radicals. The antioxidants and phytochemicals in strawberries may contribute to better blood circulation. Good blood flow is essential for sexual arousal and function, as it ensures adequate blood supply to the genital areas.
  3. Blueberries are renowned for their high levels of antioxidants, particularly anthocyanins, which have been linked to improved brain function and a reduced risk of chronic diseases. The antioxidants in blueberries may have mood-enhancing properties. Reduced stress and improved mood can positively influence sexual desire and satisfaction.
  4. Grapes, especially red and purple varieties, contain resveratrol, an antioxidant that may have heart-protective and anti-inflammatory properties. Grapes also provide natural sugars for quick energy and are a source of hydration due to their high water content.
  5. Pomegranate is a potent source of antioxidants, notably punicalagins and anthocyanins, which are believed to have heart-protective effects and contribute to overall cell health. It also has anti-inflammatory properties and may help reduce oxidative stress, potentially benefitting cardiovascular health.
  6. Protein powder supports muscle recovery and energy levels, essential for stamina, and can help balance hormones by providing essential amino acids.

Incorporating these fruits into your Energy Boosting Smoothie can contribute to a well-rounded blend of nutrients, antioxidants and natural sugars that not only taste delicious but also support your body’s vitality and well-being.
