When we are at Mama Maria’s home we snack a lot and cream cheese dip is always on the table. My in laws love their garden and they grow a lot of veggies in their backyard. There is nothing better than fresh peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers or lettuce straight from the garden.
Mama Maria does not believe in store bought dips and she always makes her own.
Here is one of my favourite dip recipe for raw veggies as well as chips. It is so simple and so delicious.
Ingredients:
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Knorr Chicken Flavoured Broth Mix
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill weed

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and let is rest in the fridge for at least 1/2 hour for the flavours to marry.
For extra flavour, you can add finely chopped green onions and/or a teaspoon minced garlic.
