Banana and Avocado Smoothie

I usually make this banana and avocado smoothie in the morning for quick healthy breakfast. It’s full of antioxidants, fiber and healthy fats creating a harmonious balance that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Sometimes I use frozen bananas to make it creamier. Also, I recommend adding some protein powder or a scoop of whey protein if you want to get more out of this smoothie.

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas (peeled)
  • 2 avocados (peeled)
  • 1 carrot (chopped)
  • 1 tomato

Peel your bananas, avocados (remove the seed) and carrot. Wash the tomato under running water and chop into smaller pieces.

In the blender add all the ingredients and mix them until smooth. Shouldn’t take more than 1-2 minutes, depending on blender.

Pour into glasses and Bon appétit. It’s so thick you can eat it with the spoon.

Bananas are a great source of potassium, a critical nutrient for muscle contraction which is very important for good quality sex. It also helps to boost the production of testosterone, the male sex hormone. Bananas, just like pineapples, contain an enzyme called bromelain, which helps improve blood flow and increase libido. Manganese and magnesium in bananas improve prostate health and promote the functioning of reproductive organs to their optimum.

Avocados contain high levels of folic acid, which aids metabolize proteins, consequently giving you more energy. They contain vitamin B6 (a nutrient that boosts male hormone production) and potassium, two elements that help increase libido and energy. Avocados are loaded with vitamin E and monounsaturated fats which help to promote good circulation and a healthy heart, both of which are necessity for a good sex life.

Carrots are a powerhouse of nutrients and antioxidants. They are rich in vitamin E and beta-carotene which helps to increase sperm count and motility (the movement and swimming of sperm) due to its carotenoid content. 

Tomatoes are loaded with nutrients and antioxidants which benefits male sexual health, fertility, and prostate health. They are a source of lycopene – an antioxidant that has been linked to healthier sperm production. This is particularly significant for couples trying to conceive. According to research, Lycopene has a vasodilating effect. This means it can boost blood circulation to the entire body and has been linked to improved erections in men, enhanced sexual performance, and increased muscle control.
