I the summer I like to use frozen fruits to keep the drink creamy and super cold without adding ice cubes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/4 watermelon
  • 1 cup 100% orange juice

Step by step instructions:

Step 1

First wash your blackberries. Peel and chop bananas, avocado and watermelon.

Step 2

Place all fruits chunks into a blender and add orange juice. Make sure to add frozen fruits last (on top). This will prevent blades from getting damaged.

Step 3

Tropical Paradise in the jar

Place the lid on the blender securely and blend all ingredients for about 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
