A Jamaican Coffee cocktail is a variation of the traditional Irish coffee that combines coffee with Jamaican rum, coffee and whipped cream. To make a Jamaican Coffee cocktail you will need the following ingredients:
- 2 oz Appleton Estate dark rum
- 2 oz Kahlúa coffee liqueur
- 4 oz hot brewed coffee
- 2 tablespoons whipped cream
Directions:
- In a tall, heavy glass, add the rum and coffee liqueur
- Pour in the hot coffee, all the way to the top. Don’t stir
- Top with whipped cream and enjoy!
